Community Strength Classes

Oak Endurance group classes were created to provide accessible spaces for endurance athletes to improve themselves, bond with like minded individuals, and leave feeling better than when they arrived.

Classes are drop-in style. They take place Tuesdays from 6-7PM and Thursdays from 6-7AM.

Running Gait Analysis

Gait analysis is a crucial assessment that all endurance athletes should consider doing. Not only is our gait pattern one of the 7 foundational movement patterns, it's also the pattern you likely do the most of.  If you're someone that is looking for injury mitigation and performance, a gait analysis is a great place to start.

Think ahead. Maybe 3 months from now. Maybe more. Picture yourself running consistently, feeling confident & healthy in your body, knowing why you are doing the training you are doing, having a mentor/friend that you can ask questions of on a regular basis, and enjoying a community of other like-minded individuals around you. If that is something you would like, then run coaching may be a great fit for you!

For the individual that is looking for additional guidance in their weight room journey. Online strength coaching is a cutting edge service that mimics the same layout of an online run coach. Work with Coach Jacob to regain your strength or continue on your strength room journey.
